SimpliSafe customers may receive different deals based on which equipment or service they have. Because of this, we recommend contacting our Support Team either by email at Customer-Support@SimpliSafe.com or by phone at
1-800-548-9508 from 8 AM to Midnight ET, 7 days a week.
My mother is 86 and has Simpli Safe, we are wondering if there is a version of the Panic Button that she could wear on her wrist so she could call for help if she falls or can not reach a Panic button?
While we don't offer a specific device for such instances, many of our customers use the Keyfob for this purpose. If you have the All-New SimpliSafe system, then you can even set the Panic Button on the Keyfob to the medical setting. This will let our monitoring center know to send EMTs instead of police which should ensure the best care in that situation.
^ Except for the fact that if Gmashirley9454 is talking about SS3, the keyfob's battery cannot be replaced. Do you really think people with elderly parents should depend on that? (oh, and you're expecting all of us who bought them in 2018 and later, buy all new keyfobs, right? So much for a FIX on that little snafu!)
Gmashirley9454 would be better off with a standalone medical alert pendant or bracelet.
