Pro Plus monitoring not avaiable?

I recently added one of the new series 2 outdoor cameras to my system.  I'm on the Core monitoring plan, and I was under the impression that since the new camera supports the Active Guard monitoring, I would be offered the new Pro monitoring plan.  But that plan wasn't offered during setup of the new camera, nor does it appear anywhere in the app on my iPhone.  Anyone know why?  I'm not sure I want to upgrade from Core monitoring, but I'm considering it and would like to know why Pro isn't available.   Thanks

@joecoco please reach out to our Support team, and they will be able to upgrade your monitoring service to the Pro plan.

Can't remember the full name of all the plans but if you pay the 40 or 50 dollar plan can't remember you get the night time outdoor monitoring and the 80 a month plan is the 24/7 outdoor monitoring only when system Is armed home or away. There should be in the app where you can upgrade if having problems then I would call simplisafe and have them do it. The version 2 cameras will do nothing but be a camera and no outdoor monitoring unless you pay more.

Thanks for your response.  It's not appearing in the app (I've looked where it's supposed to be).  Will need to contact simplisafe.
