Monitoring Center calls my cell phone and then hangs up before I can answer

I've accidentally triggered my alarm twice in the last week.  Both times a call from 855-693-4911 appeared on my phone but dropped before I could answer it.  This repeated 3 more times in quick succession.  Anyone else having this issue?

@cpdemaro No, in fact, COPS has always been great in my experience over the years, and the company before them. This is a serious matter as if they are calling they need to confirm what is the actual status at your home by you giving (or not giving) your correct safe word.  You didn't mention in your post how quickly you disarmed the system. I would call SS support and ask the agent to investigate and get back to you. Provide the date and time that you can get from your timeline.

The alarm was triggered at 6:19 and I disarmed it at 6:21.  The 4 calls came in at 6:21.   Each call showed up on my phone as Simplisafe and then dropped followed by a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th all within the space of 5-10 seconds total.  Just bamb bamb bamb bamb.  Had to be an auto-dialer of some sort.  I will call them tomorrow and have them investigate.

@cpdemaro​ At two minutes, they are going to call but I cannot explain why the dropped calls. Definitely call SS support (not the monitoring company) and ask Simplisafe to investigate and get back to you.

@cpdemaro indeed, this sounds a lot like a technical issue. When you call our Support team, I would suggest asking for a supervisor. We might need to investigate deeper.
