Hi @marvic1 ,
Sounds like you're looking for the Monitoring Certificate, which is proof that you have a currently active Monitoring Service. Once you have your Monitoring Service active (at either the Standard or Interactive levels), head over to the Help Center article here for instructions on downloading.
