Cant get SimpliSafe SMS Alerts on my Apple Watch 4 LTE - Family Sharing - but every other text I get on watch from other people
My Apple Watch 4 LTE has a separate phone # from my iPhone - and is on Family Sharing.
I can get any other text message on my apple watch but for some reason SimpliSafe can't text me. The Apple Watch plan I use is through TruPhone - I asked them what carrier they use and its T-Mobile. Please help. I cannot verify my Apple Watch 4 phone number with SimpliSafe.

Hi @outzone6 ,
I answered a similar question from you a few months ago. Unfortunately, it sounds like the specific use case you have is not supported by our Smart Alerts via SMS.
The way that our alerts go to SMS isn't quite the same as regular text messages, and may not work for all devices.
