Cannot change card information

I have tried to change my card information for the monitoring service.  I opened the monitoring section and completed my card details - I entered the security code sent to my phone and it it was declined on two occasions.  

The account has funds and the card was used only moments earlier on a different site with no issue

Is this because it is a debit card?  All text on your site mentions 'credit' card.

@kjk I recently canceled a credit card, which was on file with SS. Added another one but had to call to delete it. First call, they said they did, but when I checked it was still there.  Called back again, and waited until the 2nd agent said it was done and then went back in to see it gone. Suggest you do the same.

Hi @kjk, 

There should be no issue with adding a debit card as a payment method on your account - I actually have my debit card on my own SimpliSafe account! Do you receive any error message when you try to add this card, or does it just fail to save?

And as Captain11 mentioned, if you contact our Support team they can help troubleshoot this live.

@emily_s​ Adding is not an issue. Deleting is a different story, which I went through as posted just last week.
