Arm and Disarm system from iOS with Standard Plan

I currently subscribe to the Interactive Plan ($25/mo) because I have the SimpliSafe doorbell.  If I remove the SimpiSafe doorbell and downgrade to the Standard monitoring plan, will I still be able to arm and disarm the system remotely from the iOS app?
