Wi-Fi loss

I keep losing Wi-Fi the system sends me a message telling me I have lost my Wi-Fi connection this happens mostly every night between two am and 5 am the app has no help on why this is happening and there's no reason why should happen when all other wi-fi systems in the home are working Wi-Fi signal is good, is there anything to do with the cameras not working on Wi-Fi or is this the base station losing Wi-Fi no information on why this is happening

It sounds like a typical issue we see with Sky Broadband & Q-Box. 
Here is the Sky forum where resolutions have been found for this issue, if you are also a Sky user. 

If you are not a Sky user, we would need to help investigate your particular broadband settings. 
There are not many other home devices that will log WiFi connections, and in all previous cases we have had reported like this, it is a broadband / router setting that should be adjusted to resolve.
