user pin
I currently have the simplisafe system but would like to add additional user pins. It is not true that everyone in your family can have there own pin. You can only have 4 custom pins. It would be beneficial if you could have at least 6. this would allow for family, sitters, grandparents or whatever you need.

I just ran into this issue too. Why can’t we have more custom PINs? This is a security issue to have people use the same PIN. Seriously thinking of switching systems because of this.

Switch from August door lock and completely disappointed:
1) only 4 pins, WTF!
2) no scheduling, huge vulnerability!!!
3) needs better and complete documentation
4) pre-sales info completely lacking, wouldn't have purchased if the limitation were noted
5) THIS HAS BEEN REQUESTED FOR YEARS! Competitors offer it. Product Management is not doing their job.
