Updates

I believe our system software is out of date.  Numerous keypad update attempts always say "current."

Base has completely lost WiFi configuration twice this past week after working fine for a year.

Keypad 1.6.2

Base Station 1.6.8

Please advise.

@bbqrater if you are on SS3, you are not on the latest firmware for either. Suggest you call support to troubleshoot and update.  If SS2 or 1, again, SS support can give you direction.

Your Base Station and Keypad are certainly on older firmware versions. It would be best to contact our support team directly so they can try and push an update to your system in real-time, over the phone. The best number to reach them at can be found here
