System Wiped

​I came home tonight and my entire SimpliSafe System is wiped out. All sensors gone and my base station is glowing white. ​

Called support and all they told me to do is basically reconfigure the system from scratch.

I have a ton of sensors and cameras. We are talking hours and hours of work. 

Plus how can I trust this system when it deleted itself while I am out?
