Shoddy verizon coverage, TMobile 5G WiFi Active and Working
I have shoddy Verizon coverage at my house, blame trees/military base maybe? But I have the TMobile 5G Internet and I love it after one day. So far everything is working and I will slowly add something new each day over the 14 free trial period. But my question is related to the cellular backup. What service does it use, because Verizon SUCKS here! Can I check, can it be changed? Thank you!

@sonyahaggerty Sorry your Verizon coverage sucks, for me and for dozens others it's great. Yes, the SIM in your base is designed to be easily replaced, and SS, luckily, does offer options. Suggest you call support and see what they can do for you. Please post your outcome here if you get a chance. Thanks.

@sonyahaggerty Base Stations are shipped with a backup Verizon SIM card, but if you are experiencing issues with it connecting to cell we can send you a replacement AT&T SIM card to use instead. If you reach out to our Support team, they will be able to assist with this.
