My SimpliSafe was completely reset!
On my way home I pull up the app, underneath the modes it says to complete setup.
I get home my keypad is in setup mode. It asks for wifi and a new master pin. I have to readd all my 20+ sensors and rename them all, WTF this is frustrating.

Please give our Support team a call at 800-548-9508 and ask for a replacement Base Station. We want to get you that replacement ASAP!

I have had the same issue along with completely losing access to my base station from my keypads and app. SimpliSafe has had me do a hard reset about three times now. I upgraded from the original system to the gen 3 about 2 - 3 weeks ago and have not had a reliable system since.
