You can decide the behavior of each sensor per mode, through the SimpliSafe app, under: My System > Device Settings > Motion > [your Motion Sensor] > Alarm Mode
By default, Motion Sensors are set to Off in Home Mode. So when you arm in Home Mode, all of them should be disabled.

I think it should be Disabled by default for Home mode, but do check each Motion Sensor setting just to be sure.
