Keypad flickering

I have the new Simplisafe system (had the old as well).  The keypad screen is flickering and cant read it sometimes because of the flicker.  I reached out to support 4 days ago but still no response.  Has anyone seen this issue?

Try pulling the batteries out for a few minutes then put them back in and wait for it to connect and see if that helps if not call them at 9am est and press 1 for sales as then tend to answer faster
