keypad accepts PIN then Immediately asks for PIN to be reentered --continues over and over

Switched over to a new base station in test mode.  Everything seemed to be okay and set up complete. Armed in HOME mode.  Then tried to use PIN to disarm and Keypad continues to ask me to reenter the PIN.  Its been about 15 times now--- and it does not disarm and continue to ask for PIN.

If it's asking for your pin again and not disarming that's normally the response when the incorrect pin is put in, when you get a new base station it is reset to 1234, I would try that and if that doesn't work then if you have interactive monitoring you can go online under pins and change it to what you believe it is and hit save to 100% confirm and try it again but it should actually show you there what it is as well.
