key pad keeps asking for pin entry
initial setup of new system revealed dead battery in first entry sensor which was replaced and the accepted by the base station and installed. The next sensor had the same lw battery issue and as i was changing out the battery the key pad changed the base station into the home mode which triggered an alarm which i was unable to disarm despite repeated attempts to enter my pin. Now the key pad remains in the home mode and repeatedly asks for pin entry when I try to access the setup menu. Does anyone know how to do a factory default reset?

@derrisboomer you're right, a Base Station Reset (like you describe) might help a little bit, since it reboots the system and forces it to search for new connections.
But it sounds like the problem might actually be interference, caused by factors in the environment. This could be physical interference, from dense objects literally getting in the way; or wireless interference from other radio devices competing for the same airspace. If they're not addressed, the Keypad may continue having trouble with communicating.
