Is key fob covered under equipment guarantee?
I know the key fob battery cannot be replaced, meaning the entire key fob must be replaced when the battery dies. My question: When my key fob battery eventually goes dead, is the replacement key fob covered under the lifetime equipment guarantee that I get through the monthly monitoring service?

@PrairieDweller If you have a warranty for other components of your SS3 system, then yes, your key fob is covered too. Non replicable battery design is an issue, luckily not yours, it is for SS. Call tech support and they will replace it at nc.

@PrairieDweller As Captain11 mentioned, the Key Fob is covered under your warranty. If its battery dies, contact our Support team and they can send you a replacement.

What about if you lose your key fob then Pro Premium cover the replacement of the key fob
