iOS Alerts and Notifications doesn't work after moving system to new account
I have followed the online directions to delete and reinstall the app and it is still throwing the 'Communication unsuccessful' message. I have confirmed online and in the app that the base station is no longer tied to the old account.

Just so I have this right, you are trying to set up push notifications for a new SimpliSafe system, and when you go to turn them on you get a "Communication Unsuccessful" notification? Does your phone also receive push notifications for another system?
A single phone can only receive push notifications for one system. If you have multiple individual systems that you want to receive notifications for, we recommend enabling push notifications for one of them and then setting up SMS notifications for the others.
