I’ve added the master pin on my keypad in setup and it works. But it says invalid on the app…

It sounds like there's a communication issue between the Base Station and the app that would be best addressed over the phone with our support team. They'll be able to walk you through some steps to get everything back in sync and get your account squared away. You can reach out to them with the info here.
@afmatzenbach anything to do with the master pin can best be addressed by calling support directly. Same for name, address and account access issues. Posting here awaiting for a reply and having SS telling you to call is a bit slower. :-)
