Base Station Won’t Connect
My whole system was knocked offline yesterday for some reason and I can’t set anything up again because my base station won’t connect. I have tried all the troubleshooting, unplugging, removing batteries, etc. I can’t do any of the attempts that require the keypad because I had not yet set up my keypad and when I try it needs to connect to the base station, which doesn’t work.
The base station has power and the voice speaks when I disconnect it from power and when I replace batteries/it turns back on. If the issue is that it’s not connected to wifi I can’t reset that anywhere because it won’t connect to my app. I’m extremely frustrated.

When you try to access the SimpliSafe mobile app, do you receive any type of error message? Since resetting the Base Station didn't help, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team. They'll be able to take a deeper look into your account, and provide live troubleshooting to get your system back up and running as soon as possible!
