App can no longer reset PINs?
Has anyone else noticed that the SimpliSafe app no longer has a PIN reset functionality? If it's there, I can't find it, at least. The only workaround seems to be to go to the web version on the phone's web browser, which is less than optimal. Does anyone know how we can ask for SimpliSafe to reinstate that feature in the app?

Hi @rafiguroian ,
As the Captain said, the PINs have been moved to the Location Profile section, at the very bottom (just below the Primary and Secondary Contact phone numbers). This goes for both the iOS and Android versions.

@rafiguroian its still there, at least on the Android app.
Settings, Location Profile, PINs, Custom PINs (at bottom of page.)

@davey_d my Android app also doesn't have it. My location profile only has the account ID and the property name. Nothing else.
