Can I turn off my SimpliSafe alarm from my iPhone?

Hi @dcsmart1,
Alarms cannot be cancelled through the mobile app, but we do offer Alarm Texts which allows users to cancel an alarm, or request dispatch immediately, via SMS. You can learn more about this feature and how to enable it in this Help Center article.
