added 2 devices to keypad, but do not see devices on web portal
hi ,
I added 2 entry devices to my keypad
but on the web portal (https://webapp.simplisafe.com/#/devices) , i do not see any devices.
What am i missing?

Did you click the Refresh button at the top of the page? That should pull the latest info from your system, including all the sensors that were recently added.
