3G mobile networks phase out - will Simplisafe base stations need to be upgraded?
Now that the mobile networks are dropping 3G next year, what, if anything, will that mean for Simplisafe customers?
Will we need to upgrade the base station hardware? Will it be free of charge? What is the timeline? Etc.
Would appreciate information.

Hi micastillo,
If you bought your system recently, or only just got a replacement cell module, then your Base Station will already be running on 4G. To upgrade, just give our Support team a call at 800-548-9508 and we can send a replacement module free of charge.
