SimpliSafe Web Site for Account

I tried logging onto my account from the web site from my Mac Book Pro. At log on email and password entered just fine. Takes me to the dashboard with a blank screen.

Hi!

This is a known issue that we have discovered after a recent update to our online Dashboard interface. We have a couple of options that you could try:

1. Make sure that Javascript is enabled on your browser. It's required for the website to function properly!

2. If you have an AdBlocker program installed on your browser, please add www.simplisafe.com to your list of exceptions.

If either of these solutions work, please let us know. And if not, please do give our Support Team a call so we can continue troubleshooting. You can reach them at 1-888-957-4675, from 9am to Midnight EST, 7 days a week!

I'm using the latest Chrome PC release and was having problems getting to the dashboard after your update.

Based on the advice above, I just checked my ad blocker and whitelisted SimpliSafe.com. While your site did not need to be whitelisted in the past, evidently that was my issue with the latest version of the dashboard.

Thanks, Johnny M. - I'm glad to be able to get to it again from my browser of choice!

Dashboard does not work with latest Firefox or google chrome on Windows 7 professional, only works with internet explorer on windows 7 which is quite annoying since IE crashes frequently and easily.  Yes Windows 7 is still supported and faster and easier than 10.  just saying
