Now after the holiday rush.....

When will online chat be back? It's mid February, after the holiday rush and staff hiring should be expanded by now to staff it properly.  When it was operating, the agents were world class: friendly, knowledgeable and effective.  How about tomorrow, Valentine's Day? It will show you care about us customers. :-)
