CNET Review: SS3, the good and not so good

CNET remains one of my favorite tech news sources and did what I consider a very accurate, non-biased review of SS3 on Feb 1.  Across the board, it pretty much sums up my opinion of SS3, with it's strengths and areas that can be improved.  What do you think? (Hint: SS mgt, this is where you announce this will be added to your robust, informative and extensive round of webinars, podcasts etc for your customers. :-)
