Broken links on website
Having managed IT functions several times during my working career, I have some experience in the difficulty of providing a good, if not great, online experience to customers. In fact, unfortunately, experience at times providing a not so good experience to customers and then having to move heaven and earth to address that.
There is one area, however, that was, and to me now, never acceptable: broken web page links. In the best scenario, your own staff finds them, and fixes them, before customers even see them. Test, address, test, address, test, address...publish. I think most will get the process.
After a week after reporting, I am in the forums, click on "view account" and get the dreaded "404" error and the custom SS page.
This needs to be fixed. And better testing prior to publishing. If I am missing something here, if someone from SS IT would like to show me the error of my ways, or being too demanding, let me know here or directly. I have many areas in need of improvement, but a strength is acknowleding when I am wrong.
Thanks.

With regards to the "log in" button on the forums page specifically, Chrome and Firefox on WIndows are both still working for me but Chrome for Android is definitely still broken.

Of course as always, we hear you. This particular issue is likely related to the new our homepage being on a brand new platform, while the forum (currently) is not. So it's not really as simple as just hyperlinking one webpage to another (especially because it's a dynamic link that redirects the user depending on the situation) - it's more like two distinct platforms trading information.
With the transition to the new forum platform on the way (and not just "soon", but an actually known timeline!), our devs would naturally be hesitant to devote to many resources to fixing up the old one. But they are still looking into it.
But you should still be able to head to: simplisafe.com/account on your address bar to get to the same place from anywhere.
