What tool is needed to remove the security screw for the Video Doorbell Pro?

I can't find a specific size listed anywhere for the tool needed to engage the security screw for the video doorbell pro. It looks like it's either a t5 or t7 torx but I can't be 100% because the tool isn't labeled. Can someone confirm or correct this, please?

Great question and the answer was provided by a customer in the forums but, unfortunately and not surpringly, the answer is not in the help center that I can tell, and the google site search didn't come up with any hits either.

Hey Worthing,

It would be a T5 torx.

Thanks Davey!

Assuming you can access the customer support emails, please go look at the chain of emails between myself and 4 different techs yesterday who either wouldn't or couldn't provide the answer. (Though one did tell me, "screwdriver" which was at least an attempt.)  If you can't access them then let me know and I'll share them all here.

Also, and I can't stress this enough, it's 2021. People don't use the phone like they used to. They don't want to use the phone like they used to. When is SS going to start doing proper support via email or chat or something? Every time I send an email the immediate response (and in this case, multiple responses) is that I have to call in. The question about should've taken 1-3 minutes tops to find and put in a response. Instead it took 48 hours to get an answer and I had to come here.

There's a lot of room for improvement.

Unfortunately no, I'm not able to access emails. But I can forward your feedback to our Support leadership.

Just so you know, Chat Support is currently undergoing active trails, so it's already going to be another channel where folks can reach us.
