Video doorbell issues

I have been experiencing Issues with video doorbell for the last 5 months with no fix to date. Anyone experiencing issues? My back doorbell works fine but the front doorbell is not picking up motion at times and if set to people only is picking up cars and not people and when set to all motion only picks up cars and it is not working overnight at all as if it is in a timed out or locked mode. It was working flawlessly until around June July and although the doorbell has been replaced with a refurbished replacement, the issues still exist. Any suggestions would be helpful. I have been in contact with support numerous times but still no fix to date.
