The video doorbell, after resetting it earlier today, worked for a few hours but is now sending an alert every minute that motion was detected. Nothing is seen in the video clips indicating motion. The sensitivity level is at the lowest setting now and it's still detecting motion.
Suggestions? Time to call Support for a replacement?
Go in your app under cameras settings then go to motion, scroll down you will see where you can mark your perimeter where it will detect motion. Like mine i have the road and most of my sidewalk marked out then make sure you save it plus make sure there is not anything that can move like we had a hanging plant and every time it moved bam we got an alert. Hope any of this helps.

Otherwise, call SS to troubleshoot and have replaced under 3 year warranty.
