Used Camera install problems

Is there any potential to install used cameras? I just bought 3 and they all say "we have detected a problem with "null camera".  Any help is appreciated.  Already both mobile phone and camera are connecting to 2G Wi-Fi source.  No 5G in use.  Is this a firmware problem?

I bought a used cam from Craigslist. No problems installing and using it. Did the reset/setup procedure, went through no problem.
