Depends on how the angle is on the doorbell you have it set plus how the sensitivity you have it set at and how far the ups guy will be at dropping off package. Mine does great
If its an install issue, SS provides several mounts. For mine, I had to use the angle mount to have the camera point a few degrees down to see the actual porch area.
@pskelch if ypu need more of an angle left or right there are 3rd party companies on Amazon that sell them as I have used them to install on other systems I have installed.
