Two cameras so far not working
I’m on my second indoor camera from Simpli Safe. After a few months the first one stopped working and the same has just happened to the second one. I’ve called with a long wait time and emailed with no return emails. The camera is saying cannot connect to the internet. My internet company says there are no issues. I do not have a lot of other devices around it. I cannot get any help from the company.

I have brand new camera that wont work. Bought too long ago to return to store. SS help folks are NOT HELPFUL. Getting irked.

Hi artrenee30,
So you're seeing that the camera is not able to connect, on the app? Are you seeing any blinking lights on the camera itself? And what happens if you just power cycle the camera by unplugging it and plugging it back in?
From what you've said here, it sounds like the issue might be with connecting to your router. The camera should be attempting to reconnect on its own, but power cycling will force that process as well.

The cameras are junk and have been for quite a while, they drop WiFi connections and/or report Internet connection problems even when there is a strong signal.
