Torx Door Cam Screwdriver

Trying to remove my doorbell cam in order to reset it. I lost the screwdriver. Does anyone have the size of the torx screw so I may remove it?

The screw driver that is used for the Video Doorbell Pro is a T5 Torx screwdriver. If you'd like, you can give us a call and one of our Customer Service representatives should be able to get that replaced for you.

i called SS... after about 5 minutes of hold time the contact told me they would send a t5 tool for $2.95 shipping.... i can buy one at lowes or Home Depot today for about the same price, so off i go!

How can I get another torx Allen wrench or screw driver for my door bell camera? I need to take the cover off to reset it so my camera will work

Call support but per someone who posted in this thread they will charge you shipping. I just went out an bought a T5 torx and called it a day.
