The doorbell video recording constantly says, we did not receive part of the recording from the camera

The doorbell video recording constantly says, we did not receive part of the recording from the camera.

When I reset and set this up, the whole video length is recorded and viewable.

But after a few hours its back to this same problem, where the first 5-10 seconds are recorded but the remaining time nothing.

Sometimes it doesn't even record the the whole video.

The signal strength is fine and like I said, resetting and set up the few checks/tests the video is recorded fully.

Hi @puna11 ,

It still sounds like the issue is with the stability of the connection. If not the reception, then it might be an issue with the bandwidth. Did you measure signal strength using the Connection Check tool? If you're comfortable sharing those results here, that can help with troubleshooting.
