Terrible Service

I totally get it. I wasn't getting notifications on any of my devices 5 hours later after dealing with incompetent people I finally gave my notifications back accept the doorbell cam. Money of these foreigners they hire no anything, they simply repeat themselves over & over again. Even the supervisors. After t hours I am exhausted. Simplysafe should hire qualify people not just hire people in another country for cheap labor that don't have a  clue to the problem. I have never like this system since I had it, but after sending a couple thousand on the equipment and monthly fees I am stuck with a lemon system.
