Support Specialist
How long does it take for a support specialist to return a call for a service ticket? Agent escalated my camera issue almost two weeks ago and still no call. Called in again and agent cannot give me a specific timeframe.
Outdoor camera experiencing similar issues to others, acts like it wakes up with motion, but no recording or motion notification. Able to live stream with no issues.
