Simplisafe Video Doorbell Pro

We have had our doorbell pro since June. The last 4 months, randomly we get an alert on our phones saying that the battery life is below 30%. We go check, and find out that the circuit breaker was tripped.  We re-set it, and some days its fine, other days, within 2-3 hours, it trips again.  We've not had any problems with any breakers tripping until we installed the video doorbell pro.  Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

First i would make sure the wires for the doorbell are not touching each other if that is all good then you might need to get an electrician to maybe check the breaker as it might be bad.

So yesterday we actually took the video doorbell off, and haven't had any problems with the breaker since (all the other power on that breaker has stayed on).

Since the video doorbell is a very low power device there is clearly a short someplace, either in the doorbell itself of the wiring going into it.
