Simplisafe Doorbell or hd camera won't record

I keep getting communication unsuccessful error when I try to live record and it won't self record on motion. Tells me an event happened but no vid. I subscribed but I can't click on alerts to set for notifications or anything. But the camera does work. Anyone else have that problem?

Do you have multiple cameras or just the one? If you do have multiple, make sure that the camera that you are having this issue with is also subscribed.
