Simplicam zoom

I have used my Simplicam in another location and just today moved it to my other house.  

Before when I used it I could use my iphone and tap on the video and "zoom" in; i.e. make it larger and move the picture around.  When I first turned it on I would get a full picture that took up my entire screen.  

Now when I use it the video is onlly about half the screen and there's no zoom function.  

Is there a setting I'm missing or something?
