Simplicam wifi

I'm having issues with the camera disconnecting or being offline. I'm guessing due to weak WIFI being mounted on the garage.  What are some resolutions to this?  I dont want to move the camera and dont think I can move the WIFI router.

A WiFi extender might be the right thing for you. There's a wide variety of third party solutions (some more compatible with your router than others), but our Support team can hook you up with one as well.

To set up a camera on an eero pro 6 mesh network (has 3 bands - 5,5,2.4 GHz) you can temporarily disable the 5GHz bands by tapping on Settings > Troubleshooting > 'My device won't connect', then tapping on the 'My device is 2.4 GHz only', then 'Temporarily pause 5 GHZ'. This will disable 5GHz for 10 minutes, which should help with setting up the 2.4GHz only camera or doorbell.
