Simplicam Cameras

Can the older cameras be used with the new cameras? The only difference I see is that the newer one is power by a USB port and the older version is power by a plug in DC supply.

Not sure how old "old" is, but both the SS cams I've had for some time now have USB connections and come with a USB socketed wall wart.

Far as the cameras themselves, they're compatible with both systems.
