quadruple doorbell alerts

Whenever someone rings my doorbell, I get 4 different alerts from the app on my phone.  I've been getting multiple alerts like this ever since setting up the doorbell about 6 weeks ago.  Other family members in my house have an iPhone and say they only get 1 alert (which is what should be expected).  I have an Android.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, but this has not done any good.

I've seen other threads with other users also experiencing more than 1 alert for doorbell rings.  Does anyone with an Android have this problem?  Or has anyone that had this problem figured out how to correct it?
