Push Notifications - Outdoor Video Doorbell
This week, SimpliSafe started sending push notifications through the app on my Android phone every time the outdoor Video Doorbell detects activity. I called Customer Support and was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the app, and check all my other settings as well. Under "Alerts & Notifications/Push Notifications," 'General Activity" is toggled off. "Alarm Triggered" and "Warnings" remain on. I updated the system through the keypad and base station today and the problem persists. We live on a busy second-floor apartment landing where detectable activity is common throughout the day. Can anyone please help?
