Push Notifications - Outdoor Video Doorbell
This week, SimpliSafe started sending push notifications through the app on my Android phone every time the outdoor Video Doorbell detects activity. I called Customer Support and was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the app, and check all my other settings as well. Under "Alerts & Notifications/Push Notifications," 'General Activity" is toggled off. "Alarm Triggered" and "Warnings" remain on. I updated the system through the keypad and base station today and the problem persists. We live on a busy second-floor apartment landing where detectable activity is common throughout the day. Can anyone please help?

Have you tried toggling the setting on and back off again to see if that resolves the issue? Is your system in an armed state (either home or away) when you receive the notifications?
