Phone Notifications Working for the outdoor wireless camera, but not for the Doorbell Pro.

The settings for each camera are the same. I want to be notified when the motion detection trips on either of the cameras. Help!

Hi @elosopardo ,

Since the notifications are working for the Outdoor Camera, we know that the issue isn't with the app. There could be an issue with your Video Doorbell picking up motion at all.

Have you already tried a hard reset of your Video Doorbell? Here's how:

  1. Unmount the camera from the bracket.
  2. Look on the back of the device for the Reset Button, above the USB port.
  3. Hold that button for 16 seconds.
  4. When you release, the Video Doorbell will reboot into factory settings.
  5. You can then reinstall the Video Doorbell through the SimpliSafe app again.
