Outdoor Motion detection
My outdoor motion detection does not work. my cameras, about 7 feet up on the corner of the house. The connection says it’s good. I could activate it and view it live no issues. Motion detection will not work at all. I’m ready to cancel my plan and go with a different company.

I see that you got in touch with our Support team about this and they are sending you a new Outdoor Camera. If you continue to run into this issue with your new camera, please let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot it here.
