I bought five of these, two have already stopped working, one in the first three months, the second by six months. Customer service will not allow returns. And, even the customer support gave up and mailed me a new one for one of the cameras, the second one, I've been on hold for hours, and no one can figure out what is wrong. Both cameras had the same issue, they say that the battery is low, when is fully charged. I just want my money back!

So sorry to hear about your experience! It sounds like your cameras had been running into a known rapid drain issue that was addressed in a recent firmware update. Camera updates are automatic, so as long as all your cameras are connected properly, they should get it soon.
Unfortunately we do have that 60 Day return period. But we're more than willing to do everything we can to get your cameras to 100%. Hopefully you were able to get hold of our Support team, but if you still need help, let me know.

Simplisafe will help you out with the outdoor cameras as they have had some issues they are working on, when they work they are freaking awesome.
