Outdoor Cameras Unable to Livestream - Server Issues?

This morning it seems both my outdoor cameras will not launch a livestream. All other cameras indoor/doorbell appear to work fine. In the webapp I see an "error" message in the bottom left corner (where the "live" icon normally would be located").

Any chance this is a server side issue? Recording on both cameras appears to be fine.

Edit: Just checked again, and it appears both are streaming fine now. So yeah, I'm assuming there is some sort of server issue that caused it. I'm assuming its being worked/fixed in case anyone else is having this issue.

Hi @Postman77,

I'm glad to hear your livestream is up and running! I have not seen any other cases of this today, but I will certainly keep an eye out to make sure that everyone's livestream is working as it should.

@emily_s The error is actually reoccurring for me now. Oddly enough, again its both cameras and outdoor cameras only.

If the issue persists I'll call support and see if I can get it figured out, but I'd be very surprised if both my cameras went on the fritz today. I still think its something server side happening.

The issue hasn't reappeared since the initial day when it was happening. Livestream is working fine so far.

I did talk to support, but all they could offer was to remove and readd the Cameras to the system. Which, since they are mounted outdoors, was not something I really want to do unless I have to.

Hopefully it doesn't resume and this is just a temporary glitch or server issue that caused it.
